Logo not updating when I add new image

do you see the new logo when you're in the customizer ? Or is there nothing at all ?

hi David nothing at all. Site title is updating but when I click hide site title nothing is happening as well.

First thing to test - can you open and login to the site in a Private/Incognito browser so we can eliminate browser caching as the issue.

Second is to temporarily disable all other plugins aside from GP Premium so we can eliminated plugin conflict.

If its still an issue, would you mind providing us with temporary admin login ( details can be provided in the Private Information field ) and i can take a closer look.

Aah ok - you're using the Pagelayer plugin. And there is a Header template in Dashboard > Pagelayer > Theme Templates for your header. Which is overriding the themes header. I edited that Header template, and under Logo Style > Logo Image it has been set to Custom you can change it to Default if you want the logo from the customizer to display.

I am trying it now and upload my logo and adjust the size. seems like the size of the logo is not updating.

Do I need to purchase Pagelayer? just to fix the issue?

To be honest - i have never seen or used Pagelayers before.
Is there any reason you need the Pagelayer plugin ? If you remove that Header Template then you the theme will do its work.

Thanks. I am not needing Pagelayer. I thought it's part of your package.
Another question is how can I control menus? I already cleared all menus in Apperance-menu and still seeing menus flying around the header.

Pagelayer is not a part of GeneratePress.
