Logo not showing up

I'm having difficulty making a logo show up on my site.

I don't know whether a logo has to meet certain specifications, but I'm using a .png image, dimensions 500px square as seen in another thread. I've added in code seen on that thread to make it show at 250px square. But whatever I do, even using a 250px square image, it doesn't show up on the site.

I've spent hours trying different things - any help greatly appreciated.

[Site still being built, so not viewable I'm afraid]

Hi there,

Really hard to tell what the issue without seeing the site live.

Any chance we can view it?

Thanks!

I take that point - unhidden it temporarily - https://roughdiagrams.com/

Lots of other aspects not finished, but hopefully you can look at logo issue. Thank you.

Weird. I'm not seeing the code for the logo at all.

Where are you adding it?

I'm adding it under Appearance - Customize - Site identity. Screen shot above.

Other changes I make in the Customizer are being added fine.

Do you have any custom functions added to the site at all?

Hi Tom,

Not knowingly, unless a plugin is doing something that I don't understand.

Plugins are Akismet, Beaver Builder, Beaver Themer, Seedprod Coming Soon, Lightweight Social Ccons, WP Fingerprint, WP Show posts pro.

I haven't done anything with Themer except build some layouts for some pages, posts and categories - so nothing to do with headers or logos.

Have done - thank you.

After I sent I saw it said 'Pre-sale question' so apologies if I haven't sent to the right box. Can resend if need be.

Received. Will keep you updated :)

Thanks!

Thank you - I really appreciate it.

To anyone else reading - issue now resolved. I had been experimenting with 'Elements' a number of weeks ago, and forgot that I had left a blank header element in place.

Many thanks to Tom and Leo for excellent customer support.

Awesome!

Glad to hear :)
