Hi,
I can’t seem to get my navigation logo to load I have tried uploading through customizer but no luck.

Hi there,
I’m not seeing the HTML for the navigation logo at all. Is that logo saved currently?
I’ve tried to upload a logo again, check now.

It is there but you have it set to Sticky Only – change the logo location to static and sticky.
I have set it too sticky & static, but still no update.
Make sure the navigation logo inside your Page Hero Element is uploaded correctly as well: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/#site-header
