Christian
Hello,
I am using a generate press theme and having trouble with my logo displaying.
It was working for the last few years until recently.
Generate press theme is up to date as well as all other plugins.
I’ve also tried removing and uploading the logo a few times but with no luck
Can you help?
Thank you!

Hi Christian,
Are you using an image optimizer? Can you try #1 here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
There’s a script in your site that links the Site Logo here: https://body360fit.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/BODY360FIT-LOGO-HI-RES4-resize.png
It seems that the image from this link doesn’t exists.
Can you also try re-uploading your site logo?
Kindly let us know how it goes. 🙂

Hi Fernando,
I deactivated all plugin that are related to optimizing images including lazy load and the issue is still present.
Is the WP debug a plugin?
Thank you,
Christian

ahhhh. perfect!
Perhaps I need to clear cache to see it on my end?

Hi Leo,
I have deleted and uploaded a new logo.
Also, have cleared cache and it’s still not displaying on my end even in incognito mode.
I realize you are able to see it in your browser. Should this be a concerned that I still can’t see it on my end?
Just want to make sure this is resolved.

StaffCustomer SupportThis is the logo I’m seeing:
https://www.screencast.com/t/dLJo7sbnhBqIs this the correct one?
I do see the link to the image is a little odd so if you are still having the issue then please disable all plugins except GP Premium to test.
