Hi,
how can I place a logo in the navigable bar, as in this example.
http://test.dirk-hinz.com

This is my attempt, unfortunately I do not get the logo to the right and the navigation does not go up.

The background should also be semi-transparent.
Many thanks in advance,
Dirk

Hi there,

could you provide me a link to the site you're working on - then i can advise.

To replicate that site i would suggest you replace the first section with a Header Element.

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/

Which allows you to create the full width background image and make the navigation semi transparent - heres more info on that:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/transparent-header-and-navigation/

Then in your Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation you can set the Navigation to Full Width and inner container to Contained.
Then reduce the Container Width in the Customizer > Layout > Container. This will bring the logo closer to the menu. Once that is done i can help with the little bit of CSS to make the menu align top.
