Logo Disappearing in Customize Mode

For some reason when I'm int he customizer my logo is gone. I think it has something to do with my SSL but I'm not sure.
Also when I upload a mobile logo I get an error in my console and my site is not protected by SSL.
Can I upload a screenshot?
For some reason in my General Settings the WP URL and Site URL were HHTP.
I don't understand why it changes to HTTP randomly out of no where sometimes.
It's been set to HTTPS forever.
