Logo completely disappeared. Only shows as plain text now. How do I fix?

Everything was looking fine last night. I had opened a support topic regarding mobile formatting and was getting some advice on that. I open my site today and the logo disappeared. I upload logo into site identity and its there, but its only displaying the site title in plain text.
What happened? How did my logo disappear and how can I resolve this?
