There is a logo appearing in the nav but I can’t work out where it is added. All areas I’ve looked at show no logo added?

I’m gonna take a guess that this is what you are looking for:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/I had to add it to the pre-sales questions as the other section, account problems was asking for info I did not have such as a payment ID.
Did you check navigation logo as I suggested above?
