Logo and header text disappear on mobile site

Hello-
Our site looks fine on desktop but when viewed on mobile the logo and the text from the header are not showing up. How can I fix this?
Hi there,
disable the Mobile Header in Customizer > Layout > Header to keep the desktop site header.
