log in screen displaying at customize

When I go to appearance customize where you would preview changes in right pane the admin screen appears.
The customizations still change and save. It's just that log in screen
Looks like your session expired.
Try re-logging in and trying again.
I am logged in.
All of my changes are publishing.
Try clearing your browser cache and closing it completely.
Then re-open your website Dashboard and re-enter the Customizer.
If that doesn't work, you may need to disable plugins one by one to see if any of them are causing weird behavior.
