Localhost GP premium - XAMP and Mac

I am trying to install GP Premium in a localhost (XAMPP) on my Mac. I have this error: "Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2018/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"
How can I fix it? Thanks in advance
