Local fonts in GP + Elementor

Hey there,
I use GP and Elementor and would like to self host the fonts from Google to speed things up. I understand how to implement a font for GP and how to do that with Elementor but don't what I need to have both use the same font WHILE being able to use Elementor global fonts (for easy access in the builder) and GP fonts (for header / footer typography). Can you help out here?

I'm not sure if there is a solution for this unfortunately.
This is how you would self host Google font within GP:

But I'm not sure if it will work within Elementor - worth a test.
If not then can you check with Elementor's support and see if they have any suggestions?
