Loads very slowly

I noticed the first time I access a page it loads VERY slowly. Like more then 5-10 seconds. Whereas my old theme loaded quite quickly. Under 2 seconds according to pingdom.
Issue?
Also, is there a way to reset the default settings to the themes?

You can edit the original topic and use the private URL field.
For reset, it should be under Appearance > GeneratePress
