Loading without styles

Hello,
The site load first without styles and then with styles all in milliseconds, so the user can appreciate an screenshot of non styles page when loading the page
Is a new site without any plugins
Could you please help?

This cannot be a theme issue though.
Make sure there are server-level caching or optimization settings activated.

I've fixed it. The problem was on "row" Gutenberg block. Now I use your https://wordpress.org/plugins/generateblocks/ for grids and works fine.
It has been hard to detect (milliseconds issue), find responsible (hosting provider said no, theme provider said no, no plugins activated) and easy to fix (just substitute a block)
