You mean when you initiate the update? How long is very slow?

When you go to "Dashboard > Updates" and try to update, are you met with an error?

when I edit something in dashboard or in page or in article and I refresh the page to see results, the adjustment is not immediately visible. Only after 3-4 minutes.
I used improperly the word "update"...

Does the page save immediately when you click the update button?

Do you have any caching plugins installed?

yes. When i click the update button the page save immediately. When i refresh the page, is not immediate the adjustment

I installed wp-supercache.

That's probably why, try clearing/flushing the caching plugin.

With a caching plugin, you already have to flush the cache after any change you make.
