Loading issue with padding

I am enjoying Generate Press, especially for loading speed. Using with Elementor Pro. I have set header padding to zero and also activated "disable elements" to make sure site loads with correct header padding. However, on initial site load, the padding is briefly incorrect. After half a second, it corrects itself to Elementor settings. Why is this happening?

Can you disable cache plugin to see if the issue still exists?
