Would anyone mind suggesting please, a List-Building/Pop-up Plugin, that in addition to ultimately connecting with major Auto-Responders, will also allow me to, in the short term, AUTO-Save email addresses to a CSV or Text File. Thank you.

don't have masses of experience in that area. Maybe our Facebook Group or one of the other Wordpress Groups might be yield some insights.
