Okay, I see how and where to insert the links, and I understand that where it says Example headline is where you insert the text you want displayed. But I don't understand what goes inside the quotation marks in the links (where it says "#example" in the first and "example" in the second).

The question is: What goes inside the quotation marks where it says "#example" in the first piece of code on this page and what goes inside the quotation marks where it says "example" in the second piece of code on this page?
