Link to blog posts page from Static Homepage

I am creating a static homepage but don't know how to create a a blog page that contains all my blog posts and is automatically updated when I publish a new post as per most of your demo themes. I need to also put a link in my main menu that will link to this page.

You just need a create a separate page and assign it to the posts page under WordPress readings settings:

Then you can add that page to the menu:
