Link between domain name and subdomain

Hello, I don't know if my question is in the right place. I will try to explain myself as best I can.
For example, I have a domain name: mydomain.com and a subdomain associated with this one: blog.mydomainname.com

How do you get the two to be associated? (Same menu etc.)

Hi,

I believe this is possible if you're using a WordPress Multisite.
