ligthweight social icons not updated for 4 months

hi!
i am checking all my current pluggins and i saw Tom's "ligthweight social icons" hasnt been updated for the last 4 months and is not compatible with my current wp version...
Are you planning on updating it? if not, could you recommend an alternative one?

Hi there,
i can confirm that the Lightweight Social Icons plugin is still compatible with the latest version of WP - the plugin hasn't ( and probably doesn't ) required any code updates hence why it is being flagged by WP.
The update process for WP is a bit of a headache, I am sure Tom will force an update to the WP repository in the coming weeks to remove this.

Personally the plugin does not work, it does not save the changes. On several different sites.
Just tested it without any issues. No others have reported this either.
Might be good to disable all other plugins to eliminate any potential conflicts?
Also note that you have to enter a URL for the icon before clicking save.
