lightweight social icons widget not showing up in footer

Hi,
I've got lightweight social icons in my footer widget 3, but it's not showing up. I see the title, but not the icons. (I also currently have the widget in the footer bar where it is showing up, but that's not where I want it.)
Also, it seems that the input field color of the form in the footer widget 2 is darkened. It should be brighter - do you know why?

I'm not sure what you mean by caching plugins - I did purge my cache through the Bluehost menu.
Looks like you have Endurance Page Cache activated.
Oh, I see that, but it says it is off (cache level 0). Excuse my ignorance, but should I usually have that activated?

Yes, user error - I had not added the icons, duh. So sorry.
I do have a another question about the icons though. I was trying to center the text and icons within the footer widgets (text-align:center) and I could not come up with css to center the icons.

There should be an option to center the icons inside the widget settings.
