Lightbox Overlay

Hi. A Lightbox Overlay has appeared at the bottom of every page on my site (https://atnnow.com/lnf/). I've tried to delete it, but it comes back.
Any ideas on how to do that?

Is there any history of this being added manually? If so, can you share w/ us how you've added it?
Can you try disabling your caching/optimization plugin and see if it still appears? Perhaps combine/merge/aggregation of script/s causes this issue.
If this is added manually, can you check on Appearance > Elements if you have any Element that adds this? (check the hooks if there's anything hooked on generate_after_footer or wp_footer. You can check code snippets and/or functions.php (child or parent theme) if you have something that hooks this in.

I disabled my WP-Optimize plugin. The overlay disappeared. I'll have to go back and play with the settings on the cache plugin again.
