license for a dev site?

now that the new website is online, powered by Generated Press great theme, I would like (already) to rework on the design, not just change a few lines in the css, but take my time to totally re-think/build it, always using the GP plugin of course. is there a way i could work with the plugin offline, on dev website, without having to buy a new license?
Absolutely, you can use your license on as many websites as you like. There are no restrictions :)
