"License failed"

Hi I have GP Premium, and on my new site I'm trying to add the licence key, but it keeps coming back with License failed message, even when I remove the key, update, and then put the key back in... any idea why it's doing this?

It might be a setting on your server.

I don't think it's the server as I host another site on the same server and the Licence key works just fine and the updates appear as normal. Does the key not like being on two sites?
Multiple sites shouldn't matter at all.
