licence key is not activating

Hi,

I had to change the file of my wordpress site and therefore re-installed generate presse and the premium-plugin. Unfortunately my licence key is not activatin. I get no error message, just the ball keeps on turning, but not activating.

Hi there.

can you disable any plugin/server caches and disable any CDNs like cloudflare and then retry.

I installed a caching plugin and delete the cache and browser cache. still not possible to activate the licence. what can I do?

Hi I have the same problem!
It is strange because I use Generatepress in more of the WP instalations.
But happened alredy once and I gave up.
