Legacy Sidebar Widget

Hey,
I recently designed a new site that has a legacy widget that was on the template (the top one)
I'm looking to add something similar to sell a course from one of my other sites - but am struggling to replicate this.
Could advise how to build? Or how to copy an exact replica of the widget from one site to another?
