Learndash duplicated nested header?

Aloha :)
Here's an odd one ...
1) User registers for a Learndash Course and is sent an activation email with a link to an activation page.
2) Activation page seems to have a duplicated nested header?
Actually, looks like the Primary Nav is replaced with full 'site-navigation'?

I'm not sure how stable the URL above is - here is a screenshot of what I'm seeing.
I'm not 100% sure I even want an 'Activation' process ... seems like extra work for users.
Figured you might want to see what was happening above regardless.
Using the latest GPP and GBP.

Also, does the issue happen if GP premium is deactivated?
Seem like a weird issue so might not be a bad idea to start a staging site.
.. actually, if I turn Gravity Forms off, I'm not sure how I will replicate the activation process.
hmmmm ... are you leaning towards a plugin conflict?
I'm leaning more towards killing the activation step now altogether ... problem solved :)
I could move on unless you think it would be helpful to GP to solve.

You can keep Gravity forms on as well.
I'm guessing it's a plugin conflict of some sort but not 100% sure. Can't recall seeing other similar issues.
Will definitely need more debugging steps to narrow down the issue unfortunately.
