LearnDash button goes missing entirely with GeneratePress

Hi,
We use LearnDash on our online learning site. Each lesson ends with a "I've read this lesson" button. That button goes missing with GeneratePress. It goes missing entirely even in the HTML (not being hidden by CSS).
What I've checked:
- Deactivated every other plugin (including GB, GB Premium, GP Premium) except for LearnDash
- Updated LearnDash and GeneratePress
- I'm not using a child theme.
- Searched the support forum.

can you check with LearnDash support. I had a search outside this forum, and theres a few mentions of this issue, one which was a specific Astra related bug that they patched. And i also found this blog that shows how the Mark Complete works ... and it doesn't work on here ( different theme ) either:
