Layout Page Header

I had just started a new website (under construction) and use the GP Premium 1.7.7
I noticed that Page header is not installed on Layout, while the same is working on my other WP website when I purchase it 6 months ago
Can any body help in fixing this issue please ... it is very useful

Page Header has been replaced by the new Header element module a few versions ago.
