Hello
I do see we can place widget in all places like header footer sidebar but just not the body part.
could you let us know how do we place widget in the body part like top middle bottom of it ?
Hi there,
The easiest method is to use the widget shortcode plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-shortcode/
Then you can add widget wherever you want.
Hooks element might come in handy as well:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/hooks-element-overview/
So we can use hook element or redesign the layout with elementor pro correct?
just wondering if this theme having google adsense integration similary to genesis framework?
Not 100% what you mean but you can add whatever you want using hooks.
Adsense can be added using Hooks as well.
I see you guys have the social media icon on the side bar in the video
Just wondering if thats from third party plugin or by default we do have the social media pack in the GeneratePress Premium pack
No built-in social media icons.
Not sure which video you are referring to but it's likely this:

in this video / guide that shared by you earlier (Sidebar)
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/hooks-element-overview/
Yup Lightweight Social Icons

Sorry Leo,
Yes i have installed Lightweight Social Icons as your suggestion but i see no where to customize or set it.
Hi there,
Lightweight Social Icons is a Widget, so got to Customizer > Widgets and you can add the icons, all of the settings are within the widget.
