Browser error message. Layout of web page messed up. Error message states that this website is having technical difficulties.

Layout of web page is messed up only on Booked plugin shortcode included pages (upcoming appointments, member profile). This happens on both mobile and desktop. Unfortunately you have to login as a customer to see the error. Username, password and link to error page with screenshots are below.

Browser error message states that this website is having technical difficulties. Please see screenshots / links.

    The layout is as if the site main container itself has an approximate margin-top: 100px; margin-right 300px; margin-bottom: ?; margin-left: 300px;

I think there was a Generate Press viewport breakpoints setting update if I’m not mistaken. Possibly this began as a result of the update. It only happens on a plugin specific page, Booked plugin. I will email plugin developer as well. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

NOTE: You have to log in first to see the link where the error happens. I’ve included the url, username and password in the “Your website URL” box below.

    Hi there,

Doesn’t look like to added the URL etc to the Site URL field. Can you edit your original topic and try adding that again.

Just tried sending url in the web url box for admins only. I’ll make a temporary customer / subscriber login for you so you can see the error and post it here. Brb

Note: It’s the – Appointments Upcoming — link that is messed up (the page once logged in site.com/appointments-upcoming/

This CSS is causing the issue:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/1x7Ma3pnTnkP

It’s only loading on that page.

That’s not causing it. That’s the resulting output, correct?

    That’s actually causing the issue.

If you use browser inspect tool and remove the CSS, the page would look normal.

On ipad. Will look at it when on desktop. Thanks for isolating css. Not sure why it would load the code in on that page and not the other pages.

Likely from a plugin if you didn’t add the code.

This is really odd. It’s happening in wp-admin as well when i navigation to all pages —> appointments upcoming.

There is a plugin shortcode on the page. I’m on an ipad now so that’s as far as i want to venture. I can’t imaging the [shortcode] code causing this within wp-admin.

I tried to login but the username and pw you provided above no longer works.

Have you tried disabling all plugins except GP premium to eliminate any issues?

I appreciate you trying to login. The username didn’t have admin privileges and i changed the password. It’s the shortcode to a plugin, you were right. I commented out the shortcode and the issue disappeared. Strange that this would happen on the backend too though.

Wrote support ticket to plugin developer. Waiting for response. Going to mark issue here as resolved. Sincere thanks for your help and patience. Have a great day.
