Layout error in my website

As I check my website in google page speed you can check in image 
Most of time when I open my website, I opens with some weird menu style(as you can see in google page speed image preview)
One more thing,
I am using a fixed size ad but in mobile view when I visit first time in my website it shows my desired ad size but when I try to move to next blog page then it shows some other size ad.
As in image you can see that In first image
there is some area left but in second image
it is not showing ad of same size(there is no area around the ad when I visit next page)

i had a navigate around your site and in one instance the Menu loaded without the mobile styles on initial load.
Your site is using an opimization plugin that is combining all the Used CSS into one file which makes it harder to debug. You may want to raise this with the optimization plugin author - as the order the CSS is loaded in can cause this kind of issue.
