Layout element - can't choose

I can't seem to choose when i click element - layout and then display rules - category pages.
I can't choose which page i want to display. Why is that?

Thats odd - i assume you have some Categories set?

There is the free version of WP Show Posts available:

However, you would need to redirect the category links to those 'static' pages.
I am still puzzled as to why the Category Archives are not listing....
To send an image you need to have it on a host / share site, and then provide us with the link

One last thing, why are the fonts in my website like that?
I am not seeing that issue on your site? It would generally be related to the line height being set to 0. Maybe a caching issue.
The debugging helped for the words overlapping problem.
It's from this plugin "Create And Assign Categories For Pages"
For the first problem, i don't really need the element thingy.
so for now, i'm just ignoring the issue.
