Lay out element disable navigation on mobile

The new version has the lay out element where you can set up all the pages etc globally. It still does not have the facility to disable the menu on mobile which is kind of strange as you can do this for desktop without using CSS?

If you've disabled the primary navigation using layout element, it should be disabled on mobile as well unless you are using the mobile header:
