Latest Posts Block Not Displaying Correctly in Chrome

I have set up a Latest Posts block on the Home page. It is supposed to display 6 posts in 3 columns (2 rows). It displays fine in Safari and Firefox. However, in Chrome it displays only as a single column with a weird little dot just to the left of it. All caches have been cleared.
