Latest Post are not Showing

Hmm never heard this issue before.

So it's not by the post published date? You are using the last updated date so I can't quite tell.

Have you added any custom functions?

I'd assume the same occurs when you use a default twenty series WordPress themes?

If so you will need to try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts:

Yes , it’s not by the post published date.

Not custom functions added aside from the CSS ( post last updated ) .

but before even adding this small CSS, I had the issue.

I tried the classical way of activating and deactivating all plugin, I Think the issue still persists.

I Will try to deactivate the GP theme and activate again.

I would say quickly switch to a twenty series WP theme to test.

If the issue still exists then there might be something going on with your WordPress install and you might want to try contact your host or re-installing it.

It really can't be GP to be honest.

We haven't had this issue reported by others and the theme itself doesn't actually handle the post loop.

Make sure there are no other plugins or custom functions that might be conflicting.

it is not my habit to say something, which is not true.

I shifted to GP bcs I Liked its coding and support.

The posts mainly seem to be in order. The posts which are out of order are "sticky" posts, meaning they'll stay at the top of the list regardless of their date.

If you remove the option to make them sticky, everything should go back to normal.

I didn't pay attention to that, I had 3 posts that created the issue
