"Landing" site template, how to change header wording

I'm currently using the "Landing" site template and I want to change the wording on the top left from "Landing" to my name. However, I can't find where to do this.
I've looked at Appearance > Customize, but I don't see the pencil icon next to it there. Where would I change this?

the Landing site uses a a Logo image.
Go to Customizer > Site Identity, you can either remove or change the image. If you remove it you can edit the Site Title and uncheck the hide option.
Ahhh, that's it! Managed to get that changed now, thanks.
One other question, on the mobile version it still uses the Landing logo. Where would I go to change that?
Try updating the mobile header logo in the customizer:
