    Hello,

While using elementor single post and archive templates, how can I keep the existing (GP controled) site header and footer showing with them?
I haven’t deactivated anything but header and footer does not appear.

    Thanks
    Harris

    Hi there,

The page you linked is using Elementor Canvas which removes all the theme’s elements.

Unfortunately there’s no workaround for that as that’s how it is supposed to work – it is supposed to be a “Canvas”

Let me know if this makes sense.

    Hello Leo

    Thankf for you4r reply.
Just to make it clear. Does that mean that ALL elementor single post and archive pages HAVE to be canvas?
Or that just the certain page is?

And if so, there’s no way to use elementor for the templates and also keep the site header and footer?

    Thanks
    Harris

No. Canvas is the problem – removes all theme’s elements.

If you use “regular” Elementor, the theme’s header and footer should show up.
