Just bought Premium but does not install

I am on Godaddy Deluxe Linux hosting. Installed GP theme. Bought GP Premium for new site but does not install. I get 404 and if I change permalink a 503 error. Please help! Tried to find answers here in Support and on Internet. Nothing helps. I got same ticket out at GoDaddy. But other plugins I installed: no problem.

Hi there,
Just to make sure, you are getting a 404 error when you install?
And this is what I got when I changed permalink to Plain and tried to upload Premium:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Thanks for looking at it!

Hi there,
That’s likely a server error. Have your hosting support responded?
Let me know 🙂
Hello!
Well, yes, to be more precise an 'Oops! That page can't be found here. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try searching?' message.

No, hosting did not yet respond, I will let you know.
An chance it will work if I unzip and FTP the files into the WP Content folder?

I would recommend disabling all other plugins first and try to install again to eliminate any plugin conflicts.
If not then let's wait for your hosting to respond as this is generally a hosting issue :)
GoDaddy could not tell what is going wrong (probably PHP max memory issue in shared hosting environment) but we did the cPanel Filemanager workaround so now all fine and it is working.
Thanks,
Nicolaas
No problem :)
