Likely a caching issue.

Can you try disabling WP Rocket first?

If not then try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any plugin conflicts first.

I have the same problem, and yes, the jumping mostly disappears when I deactivate the Wp Rocket. But I want to use the Wp Rocket, it really helps with the website speed. Do you have suggestions about how to make the theme working properly (without the header jumping) with the Wp Rocket plugin?
