The theme has a nice, ready-made line (We are a small family-owned Café & it shows) with 3 points and icons. How could it be copied and edited for another purpose?

Is it within the same site?
If so, you can select the container block that holds the whole section and save it as a Reusable block.
With this, you can reuse the same block on other posts/pages.
