[Support request] It just doesn’t publish the font size of the header at all

Hello Team,
Using GP Premium. I tried to use GPblocks. It just doesn’t work at all and after activating this plugin, the GP theme doesn’t publish the font size at all.

I have deactivated all the other plugins and checked.
The cache cleared and is disabled.

The server cache is cleared and is disabled.

I have deactivated and deleted the GPblocks and cleared the cache again.
Still, the font doesn’t work.
The front page has the widest background. 🙁
It is a kind very frustrating. Every time I use, something or the other issue just like this for nearly a year. I am not using any editor.
Just a simple site is itself not being possible. 🙁 🙁

Can you direct me on that?
I wish there was a live chat facility. It takes so long to get a reply too 🙁 🙁
