Hi guys,
I’ve been having styling issues lately and I’m not sure why. I’m trying to create three additional columns on a page, but although on the draft page on Elementor all appears styled correctly, the live page is a total mess for some reason, i.e.:
– The buttons are grey instead of white
– The logos are way too big
– The shaded box disappears for some reasonThe only column of the four that appears correctly is the first one. How’s that possible, what am I doing wrong?
I’m on GP 2.2.2. and GP Premium 1.7.7
Thanks!

Ah sorry, the other thing I forgot to mention is that the headers are messed up too in terms of font and colour.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
– Button colors are coming from Elementor:
https://www.screencast.com/t/CqZsozJDKyM– Logo width can be set in the customizer:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-header-logo/– Are you referring to these?
https://www.screencast.com/t/PRhabfEOaV
If so they are coming from Elementor.– What exactly do you mean that the font and color are messed up? This is what I see and it doesn’t look like it’s messed up:
https://www.screencast.com/t/0SywZrAfi7For questions regarding Elementor content, it’s best to check with their support first.
Let me know ๐

Hi Leo,
I am referring to these: https://www.screencast.com/t/PRhabfEOaV
Boxes 3 and 4 are messed up, whereas box 1 (the one on the extreme left) looks fine. I don’t understand how that’s possible. I did a duplication of box 1, so shouldn’t the styling be taken over to the other boxes?I’ll get in touch with Elementor but I can already see them saying it’s a GP issue (that’s what they’ve been saying to a lot of other people with the same issue, from what I can see), so it would be good if you could give some form of basic advice as to what one is supposed to do.
Thanks!

StaffCustomer SupportLooks like you got it working:
https://www.screencast.com/t/VI82kdjPtvutTheir support will say it’s a GP issue a lot but 95% of time it’s not…
You can always just test by switching to a twenty series WordPress theme.
You can also see that there is nothing from GP here:
