Hi,

I know that this isn't a GP issue, but maybe you can enlighten me where to search.

Configuration:
WP Multisite with 3 subsites. I am working on a stage site.

Issue:
With the debug option in wp-config.php

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG',true);

I have an error message in the widget tab. But I can't see what it says because is overlapped

What I tried:
I disabled all plugins
I changed theme to a wp theme 2020
I deleted the widgets.

Nothing helped.
Is this a core error?

Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
I am working with WP 5.9.2
But it seems that this issue is not completely fixed.
I have some weird things editing blocks on widgets, but for the most part they work.
I am glad to know that this is not from the theme or plugins.
Thanks!!

You are welcome Irene :)

Issue in the customizer

Sorry to come in this way. I tried twice to open a new ticket but it doesn't appear when submitted in the open ticket list or as topic started.

I have an issue as follows:
Context:
WP Multisite in stage site: 3 subistes: example.com, example.com/es, example,com/en
GP, GP premium, GB, wp-show post. Everything is the last version.
example.com/es, example,com/en are fine,

Issue in the customizer
example.com/es, example,com/en are fine, the issue is in the main subsite example.com= example.com/ar

1) Padding of 30 px doesn't show in mobile.
2) Single post set to default, which is content/sidebar . The sidebar is not showing. Most of the post have sidebar

I had disable all plugins but didn't fixit.

Thanks, and sorry about reopen the old ticket.
Irene

Hi Irene,

The example post's content container is set to contained which will remove all the paddings set in customizer.

You can check 2 places:

1. In the post editor, on the right side there should be a layout meta box, check if the content container is set to contain from there: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-metabox-overview/#where-is-it

2. Go to appearance > elements, check if there's a layout element assigned to posts, check if the content container is set to contain: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/#content-1

If either of the above applies, set the content container to default.

Thanks Ying
That was awesome!!!
Both issues the padding and the sidebar, were from the wrong settings of the layout element, were from the wrong settings of the layout element.

The issue that I couldn't open the tiket is something on my end? Is it Chrome?

Glad you fixed the issue :)

It should be ok to use Chrome to open new topics.

I just tested using Chrome, it seems working fine.

Might've been a glitch.

Thanks for everything!

You are welcome :)
