Issue with sticky navigation

Hi, I am trying to stick the navigation of the website. I just want it to stick, no effects, no fades, nothing. Just stick there.

I made sure that in the customizer the sticky transition option is set to "none" and for desktop only, but I still get this slide up and down and the logo disappears once the sticky animation kicks in, even if I set the height of the sticky exactly to the same height of the non-sticky.

I don't mind sticking the header even with CSS but I prefer doing this the right way... from the customizer.

Any help would be appreciated.
