Issue With Desktop Sticky Nav

Hi team,
Please try scrolling down until the sticky nav appears, then return it up again for both of these sites : xxx.com & xxx.id. There is something weird with the xxx's sticky nav desktop when the logo transitions from small to large. How to overcome that ?
I have changed the various sizes of the xxx's logo, and the problem still exist.

The final layout should be exactly the same but it would work better.
