Issue with Blog Display with Luxedo

Dear GeneratePressers,
Love GP and using it with Luxedo and Elementor for a site in development. One issue I've run across is how/where to tweak a blog display.
In short, I'd like to change the display here from recent posts or blog posts to static pages:

I'd also like to tweak the design so that it doesn't include the category blocks or the "read more" link, but does include a short text blurb.
If that doesn't work or is too complicated, I have a workaround but there's a stumbling block. If you look at this page:

I'm trying to tweak the design so that the first content image (of the smiling lady) is smaller, either a thumb or a smaller image with horizontal dimensions. I can't figure out where/how to tweak the photo. I would then duplicate a bunch and hand place in links to the same static pages.
My goal right now is to show a list or a three column display of lodging properties on this draft site:

(PW is nohum)
The main thing I want to do is tweak the elk images to make them horizontal or thumbs.
Any thoughts on how to solve one or the other would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there,
The blog page for Luxedo is already a static page created with WP Show Posts.
There isn't actually a posts page assigned for Luxedo. You can assign one in Settings > Readings if you wish.
The About page is completely done with Elementor so you would need to tweak that inside the page builder plugin. I'm not exactly sure how to but would be good to check with the plugin support if you can't figure it out.
As for the Lodging page, perhaps you can use the posts page for it? Then you can use the built-in blog settings:

If not you can also create a static page for it and use the WP Show Posts to display them.
