i don't know why it's showing all my blog page at the header og my blog page But how can i disable it https://prnt.sc/p7hmkg
If you are using GP for the blog page, simply setting the column numbers to 2 should do that for you:

As for the menu question, try making a menu with the desired items only and set it to be the primary menu:

You've activated Elementor Canvas which removes all of GP's elements (header, footer etc).
It's for people who want to use Elementor for the entire website.
