[Resolved] Issue Changing Image in Header Element

Hi,

I have a header element set up and published for the home page. I had previously chosen custom image and selected the image to be displayed in the element.

I am now trying to go back and change that image, but the remove and the change buttons are not responding and I am unable to change the image. Do I need to change the status of the element to draft in order to change the image or should I be able to update it while published?

The buttons should definitely regardless of the post/page status.

Yes, I have the theme on more than one site, both are on WordPress 5.1 and the other site is working fine.

But for all my page headers on this site, the buttons and help information when hovering over the ? is not functioning. If I disable plugins, will I lose information on the site?

If the information is coming from the plugin then yes.

Unfortunately there are no other ways we could tell – as you said other sites are working fine.

You can duplicate the site on a test server then go through the debugging steps as well.

So it seems it is actually an issue with Chrome and not wordpress. Go figure. I cleared my chrome cache and restarted the computer and it has resolved the issue.
